This is a fast-paced role with many touchpoints throughout the organization including stores, Customer Service, Advertising, and 3rd-party vendors. Review daily delivery data to ensure accuracy between routing software and the point-of-sale systems. Update and maintain customer and delivery request data in the Dispatch Track. Schedule and generate manifests for delivery routes and inter-store transfers Maintain physical and electronic records of DOT compliance documents, truck repair, and vehicle checkout Manage delivery pull-offs, reschedules, and capacity updates Provide backup support to delivery office team
