WHAT YOU'LL DO

No two days are exactly the same. You'll work alongside a team helping residential and commercial customers throughout South Florida with junk removal, cleanouts, furniture removal, donations, and more. You'll be expected to: Safely load and unload furniture, household goods, and other items Protect customers' homes, businesses, walls, floors, and property Provide friendly, professional customer service Identify opportunities to donate and give usable items a second life Maintain clean and professional trucks and equipment Work efficiently as part of a two-person or larger crew Drivers must safely operate company vehicles and follow all driving policies

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Moving or junk removal experience is strongly preferred.

Reliable and punctual Hardworking and physically capable Professional around customers Positive and team-oriented Comfortable working outdoors in South Florida Able to follow procedures and instructions Motivated by performance-based earning opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License Acceptable Driving Record Legally Authorized to Work in the United States Ability to Repeatedly Lift 75+ Pounds Smartphone Reliable Transportation to and From Work, including our Delray Beach location Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screening

BACKGROUND & DRIVING SCREENING

Employment is contingent upon successfully completing applicable background and motor vehicle record checks in accordance with company policy and applicable law. Drivers must maintain an acceptable driving record and remain eligible to operate company vehicles.
