This position plays a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to handle physical demands associated with the role. Duties Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans, to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload products from the vehicle, ensuring items are secured and protected during transit. Follow established delivery routes while adhering to traffic laws and company policies. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients upon delivery. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including obtaining signatures and documenting any issues encountered during the route. Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition and report any maintenance needs. Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organization of stock. Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse operations or as a delivery driver is preferred. Valid driving license Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and engage in physical activities throughout the day. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with clients. Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Familiarity with route driving and navigation systems is beneficial. A proactive attitude towards safety and compliance with all transportation regulations.
