We take pride in delivering a clean, professional, and high-quality experience from our warehouse to our customers' homes. We are hiring a Delivery Driver Assistant to join our delivery team full-time. This is a hands-on, physically active position with a clear growth path into a Lead Delivery Driver role. The Role You will work inside the delivery truck 5 days per week, assisting our Lead Driver with: Loading and staging deliveries Navigating delivery routes Delivering mattresses and adjustable bases into customers' homes Setting up products safely and professionally Removing old bedding (when eligible) Maintaining truck cleanliness and organization This role requires professionalism, energy, and strong teamwork. You will also drive the truck approximately one day per week, so a valid driver's license and safe driving skills are required. Compensation $18 per hour Overtime paid at 1.5x rate Typical schedule: 8-10 hour days 40-50 hours per week depending on season and volume This is a full-time position with consistent hours and overtime opportunities. Growth Opportunity This position is designed as a training path into Lead Delivery Driver.
