Let's Jump Events and Stella Rose Events provide inflatables, furniture, and event rentals for birthdays, weddings, and celebrations throughout Sarasota and surrounding communities. We're hiring a dependable delivery driver and event setup team member who takes pride in doing the job right. If you enjoy physical work, working with a team, and seeing the results of your effort, we'd like to meet you. The Job You'll drive company vehicles, load and unload equipment, and help set up and pick up rentals at homes, schools, wedding venues, and event spaces. Driving is only one part of this position. A substantial part of your day involves moving equipment and completing setups with your crew.

Your responsibilities will include:

Safely operating company trucks and trailers. Delivering, setting up, and picking up inflatables, tables, chairs, luxury furniture, and other rentals. Checking equipment against load sheets so orders leave complete. Securing loads and following equipment handling and setup procedures. Communicating professionally with customers and reviewing equipment safety instructions. Cleaning and inspecting rentals and keeping trucks and the warehouse organized. Reporting missing items, damage, or schedule concerns promptly. Who We're Looking For Someone the team can count on, who arrives on time, follows instructions, asks questions when needed, and stays involved until the work is finished.

You should have:

A valid driver's license and experience driving trucks; trailer experience is preferred. Required weekend availability. The ability to perform frequent lifting and moving of equipment weighing 75+ pounds, using appropriate assistance and equipment. Comfort with active, outdoor work in Florida's heat and changing weather. A professional, respectful approach with customers and coworkers. Attention to detail and a willingness to care for equipment properly. The ability to work with a crew and complete assigned tasks without constant reminders. Experience in moving, delivery, warehouse work, landscaping, construction, or event setup is welcome. We provide training on our rental equipment and procedures. Schedule and Working Conditions Our schedule follows our customers' events. Expect busy weekends, early starts, and occasional late evenings during busy season. End times can vary with deliveries, setups, and pickups. This is hands-on work that involves frequent lifting, loading, walking, and time outdoors. What We Offer Starting pay of $19.50 per hour .
