Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading and transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe deliveries of product to customers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As an Account Rep you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation of high-quality customer relations, satisfaction and quality at every level of service. Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations. Provide quality checks while packaging and loading daily orders, ensuring items are handled with care. Verify delivery orders against shipping documents to ensure accuracy. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, performing routine inspections and maintenance as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns during the delivery process. Complete necessary paperwork related to deliveries, including receipts and logs. Experience Previous experience in delivery or transportation is preferred but not required. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading deliveries. Familiarity with GPS systems and navigation tools is a plus.
