(AHI) is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and responsible Part-Time Support Staff/Van Driver to assist with the day-to-day needs of our clients and support the safe transportation of clients to and from approved activities, appointments, and program-related destinations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, patience, reliability, good communication skills, and the ability to work respectfully with individuals receiving behavioral health and supportive services. This position combines client support, transportation, safety, and general program assistance and requires an individual who can maintain appropriate professional boundaries while creating a safe and supportive environment for clients. Position Responsibilities Safely transport clients to and from scheduled appointments and approved activities. Operate AHI vehicles responsibly and in accordance with all applicable traffic and safety regulations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized vehicle. Assist clients with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed. Provide appropriate supervision and support while transporting clients. Maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality. Complete required transportation and service documentation accurately and timely. Communicate schedule changes, incidents, or client concerns to the appropriate supervisor. Assist with general support duties within the program, as assigned. Follow all AHI policies, procedures, and safety requirements. High School Diploma (Minimum) Clean driving record with no recent accidents or traffic citations Ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Qualifications High school diploma/GED preferred. Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Reliable transportation to and from work. Previous experience working with behavioral health clients, children, adolescents, or adults is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, punctual, professional, and safety-conscious. Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries. Must be able to successfully complete required background and fingerprint screening.
