Delivery & Service Representative Buddy's Home Furnishings is a locally owned and operated franchise , independently run by a Central Florida family business. We serve families throughout our communities with quality furniture, appliances, and electronics through flexible rent-to-own agreements. We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Delivery & Service Representative to join our team. This is a hands-on position with a lot of variety. Our Delivery & Service Representatives work directly with customers in their homes, in the store, and throughout the community. You'll spend your day delivering and installing merchandise, helping customers, working on the showroom floor, and supporting the store team wherever needed. What You'll Do Deliver, install, service, and pick up furniture, appliances, and electronics at customer homes Safely load, secure, transport, and unload merchandise Set up merchandise and demonstrate basic operation to customers Operate company vehicles safely and maintain required documentation Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service Handle inbound and outbound customer-service calls Process customer payments and maintain accurate records Assist customers and the sales team on the showroom floor Help maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming showroom Assist with merchandise displays, warehouse organization, and inventory Support sales and marketing efforts in the store and out in the community Work closely with the General Manager and other team members to meet store goals Assist with other day-to-day store operations as needed What We're Looking For You do not need to come from the rent-to-own industry. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable with physical work, can work independently in the field, and is willing to jump in wherever the team needs help.

Delivery & Service Representatives are active participants in the entire operation of the store. Some days will be focused heavily on deliveries and installations; others may include pickups, service calls, helping customers on the sales floor, assisting with merchandise, making customer calls, participating in community marketing, or helping the team solve whatever comes up that day. This is also a great entry point for someone interested in growing with the company. We believe in developing our people and promoting from within, with opportunities to learn sales, account management, and store operations. Driver Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older due to company vehicle insurance requirements Valid Florida driver's license and acceptable driving record Must meet company vehicle insurability requirements No DUI, DWI, or major moving violations within the past 3 years Must currently hold or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Certificate within 3 months of hire Ability to safely operate company vehicles during daytime and nighttime hours Working Conditions & Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding, active position that includes work both indoors and outdoors . Team members regularly work in customers' homes and in varying weather and environmental conditions while delivering and moving merchandise.
