Transportation, an independent service provider for FedEx, is rapidly hiring full-time FedEx Delivery Drivers in the West Palm Beach area. We are looking for reliable, safety-focused people who want steady work and the opportunity to earn more as they prove themselves. Previous FedEx, Amazon, UPS, DHL, courier, or delivery experience is a plus — but not required for the right candidate.
PAY & EARNING OPPORTUNITY
Starting Route Pay:
$140/day This is not where your pay has to stay. We have a 45-day pay progression designed to reward drivers who show up consistently, drive safely, learn their route, and perform. ✓ Starting route pay of $140/day ✓ Pay increases during your first 45 days based on attendance, safe driving, reliability and performance ✓ Additional stop bonus once you exceed the daily stop threshold ✓ Opportunity to earn more as your productivity and experience increase ✓ Consistent full-time work Good drivers who are dependable and safe will have the opportunity to move up quickly.
SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position . We understand that everyone's situation is different. For the right candidate , we are willing to work with you to find a schedule that works for both you and our operation. Your workday begins at the FedEx terminal and ends when your assigned route is completed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a FedEx Delivery Driver, you will: Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle Deliver and pick up FedEx packages throughout your assigned route Load and organize packages for efficient delivery Follow all company and FedEx safety procedures Provide professional customer service Complete your assigned route safely and efficiently Perform basic daily vehicle inspections
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for people who are: Reliable and show up when scheduled Safety-focused behind the wheel Hard-working and self-motivated Comfortable working independently Able to work in a fast-paced environment Organized and able to manage a delivery route Professional with customers and coworkers Physically capable of handling the requirements of a package-delivery position Applicants must meet applicable FedEx driver qualification requirements, including driving-record, background, drug-screening and other applicable requirements.
DELIVERY EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS
