Moving Full Job Description DME Express Now Hiring:
DME Delivery Technician / Medical Equipment Driver We are currently seeking a dependable, compassionate, and motivated individual to join our team as a DME Delivery Technician. This position plays an important role in supporting hospice patients and families by delivering and setting up medical equipment in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver and set up hospice durable medical equipment (DME) including hospital beds, oxygen equipment, wheelchairs, bedside commodes, and related items Provide clear instructions to patients, caregivers, and facility staff on proper equipment use Safely operate company vehicles while following all traffic laws and safety procedures Pick up, sanitize, clean, and inspect returned equipment Maintain accurate delivery and equipment documentation Provide professional, compassionate, and courteous customer service at all times Respond to on-call or after-hours deliveries when required Assist with warehouse organization and inventory as needed
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to safely lift and move medical equipment Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude Experience in medical equipment delivery, healthcare, hospice, or customer service preferred, but not required Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
