We are a professional event rental company specializing in large-scale tent and event installations for weddings, festivals, corporate functions, and major community events. We are not hiring general laborers or "warm bodies." We are hiring dependable, growth-minded individuals who take pride in physical work, teamwork, and doing things the right way. This is a hands-on skilled trade role for people who enjoy working outdoors, starting early, following clear processes, and building impressive event spaces as part of a coordinated team. Physical Requirements:
Able to lift 50-75+ lbs repeatedly, work outdoors in all conditions, and maintain an active pace throughout the day. Early mornings, some weekends, and peak-season overtime required. Valid driver's license required.
