Warehouse in Austell, Ga Route-based (Pending daily scheduling)

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Shift end time varies pending your delivery speed). Weekend shifts are available for those looking for additional work.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Independent Contractor to operate a company-provided cargo van for daily package deliveries. You will navigate variable routes, managing the loading and unloading of 60 to 80 boxes per shift. Deliveries include both commercial office buildings and residential neighborhoods. Gas and all necessary delivery equipment are fully provided.

Key Responsibilities Vehicle Operation:

Safely drive and maneuver a provided cargo van.

Route Management:

Complete variable daily delivery routes efficiently during your shift.

Loading & Unloading:

Manually load and organize 60 to 80 boxes per shift into the cargo van.

Package Delivery:

Transport goods safely to diverse locations, including offices and residential areas.

Documentation:

Verify delivery accuracy and log completed stops as required.

Physical Requirements Heavy Lifting:

Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry boxes frequently.

Weight Limits:

Routine handling of heavy parcels, with some boxes exceeding 100 lbs.

Mobility:

Ability to climb stairs, bend, reach, and walk while carrying heavy loads.

What We Provide Vehicle & Fuel:

cargo van and gas are fully covered.

Equipment:

All necessary tools (dollies, straps, scanning devices) are provided.

Qualifications Driving Record:

Valid driver's license and a clean driving history.

Experience:

Previous experience driving a large cargo van or commercial vehicle preferred.

Navigation:

Proficiency using GPS and routing applications.

Screening:

no pre-employment drug screening is required for this role.

Pay:

$2,200.00 per month
