We have completed over 1,500 jobs and have more reviews than almost anyone in the Tri-City area. We install carpet, LVP, hardwood, tile, and epoxy for homeowners and businesses. This is a growing company and this is a new position. The person who takes it will work directly with the owner. What you will do You keep material and supplies moving so our crews can work. Pick up flooring material from suppliers and deliver it to job sites Load and unload trucks Operate a forklift. We will train you if you have not run one Pick up office and shop supplies Deliver tools and material to installers during the day Check on job sites and send back photos and video Help with hauling, cleanup, and job site support Keep the warehouse organized and know where material is Video check ins Part of this job is being our eyes when the owner cannot be there. You will use FaceTime or Google Meet from job sites to walk through what you are seeing. Point the camera, describe the situation, answer questions. Nothing complicated, but you have to be comfortable doing it and be able to explain what you are looking at. What we need from you Reliable. This is number one and it is not close. You show up when you say you will, and if something happens you call before we find out on our own. Organized. You keep track of what was picked up, what was dropped off, and where it went. You do not lose material. Follows directions. When you are told how something needs to be done, that is how it gets done. Comfortable with technology. Smartphone, texting, video calls, and simple apps. We use AI and automation in this business and that is only going to grow. You do not need experience with it, but you need to be open to learning it and not afraid of it. Clean driving record. You will be driving for us every day. Able to lift 50 pounds and stay on your feet. Flooring material is heavy.

Pay:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 45.0 per week
