Job Overview Our Company is a leading wholesale sink, bathroom, and kitchen wholesaler specializing in high-quality sinks, faucets, toilets, and tubs. We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated, flexible individual for a dual-role Sales Representative and Delivery Driver based in the local Cumming, GA area. This full-time position is 100% in-person and on the road, combining daily product delivery with account management and proactive business development. This role requires a strong drive to hunt for new business alongside regular heavy lifting of 50+ pounds daily. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, maintain a clean driving history, and pass a background check to ensure a safe work environment. Schedule, Travel, and Compensation This position operates on a standard Monday through Friday schedule with a guaranteed 40-hour work week starting from your first month, balanced between 3 days of dedicated sales prospecting and 2 days of delivery driving. Daily working hours vary based on company needs, and while overtime is common, it fluctuates week to week. Weekends are always yours to enjoy. This role requires weekly regional travel to surrounding cities in Georgia and states like Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida using a vehicle from our fleet of Mercedes Sprinter Vans. While you will return home most days, the position can require 1 to 2 overnight trips (max) per week (never 2 nights consecutive). Lodging expenses are provided. In addition to regular pay and overtime eligibility, a discretionary bonus quarterly (after the first 2 quarters) will be instituted based directly on your sales performance and overall company profitability. After 6-12 full months with the company, your hourly rate will be reevaluated based on your sales performance, overall job performance, and maintaining a record free of accidents or traffic violations . Core Responsibilities In this combined role, you will be the face of our company on the road, handling logistics and sales growth simultaneously.
Your main duties include:
Sales Prospecting & Account Management:
You will actively build and manage your own accounts to drive regional market expansion. This means conducting cold calls and face-to-face meetings with granite shops, kitchen/bath showrooms, and home builders. You will hold meetings with business owners and managers to pitch our product catalog, explain wholesale pricing advantages, and bring new accounts on board. As the primary point of contact for your portfolio, you will conduct regular follow-ups to secure re-orders, resolve client discrepancies, and build long-term business relationships.
Delivery Operations:
You will handle daily product deliveries by loading and unloading heavy inventory (sinks, toilets, tubs) safely from our Mercedes Sprinter Vans. You will inspect and secure all freight before departure to prevent damage, and collect required customer signatures and checks. Maintaining clear, constant communication with front office personnel regarding route progress is vital, alongside providing top-tier customer service to clients during drops. When based locally, you will assist with warehouse management and keeping your assigned vehicle clean.
