Delivery Driver (Non-CDL Box Truck)

Location:

Decatur, GA (Serving Metro Atlanta)

Compensation:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Wednesdays & Weekends Off)

Position Type:

Full-TimeJob OverviewWe are seeking a reliable, punctual, and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. You do not need a CDL for this position. You must be highly confident driving and maneuvering a 20- to 26-foot box truck through Metro Atlanta traffic. This route features a highly manageable daily workload with local, daytime hours.

Key Responsibilities Timely Deliveries:

Complete 4 to 5 daily commercial drops within a 50-minute radius of our Decatur home base.

Safe Driving:

Navigate a 20- to 26-foot box truck safely through urban and suburban environments.

Efficient Unloading:

Manage a daily cargo volume of approximately 4 pallets, loose boxes, and up to 4 stacks of bread trays.

Schedule Adherence:

Maintain strict punctuality, starting promptly at 6:00 AM to ensure on-time customer arrivals.

Professional Service:

Act as the face of the company by providing courteous service at every delivery location.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Proven confidence and experience operating 20ft to 26ft box trucks or similar large commercial vehicles.

License:

Valid standard Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).

CDL Requirement:

No CDL required.

Screening:

Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.

Punctuality:

Exceptional time-management skills and a track record of reliable attendance.

Physical Ability:

Capability to push, pull, and unload pallets, boxes, and stacked product trays daily.

What We Offer Competitive Pay:

$16.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on your driving experience.

Predictable Schedule:

Set daytime hours with every Wednesday and weekend off.

Local Routes:

Home daily with all deliveries located under an hour away from Decatur.
