The Position:

CDL Driver Requirements :

Must pass DOT physical Must have a valid Class A or Class B driver's license Must have a completely clean driving record Must pass background check and drug screening Must have friendly customer service Must be available between 6am and 6pm Must be available weekends Must be able to work with a flexible schedule Must be able to use a mobile phone or tablet Commercial driving experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Duties Provide excellent, friendly customer service to all customers. Operate roll-off trucks and other commercial vehicles to collect and transport waste materials. Ensure proper loading and unloading of containers at designated locations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding schedules and service needs. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving. Perform heavy lifting as required when loading or unloading materials. Provide mechanical knowledge for minor repairs or troubleshooting of equipment as needed. Perform truck maintenance duties, including but not limited to: detailing trucks inside and out, stocking supplies, checking fluids, airing tires, and completing weekly/monthly checklists.

Perform dumpster maintenance:
