Full-time & Part-time (All new hires start out PT (2-3 days a week) and can potentially become full-time after a period of time in position)

Starting Pay:

We reward hard work, dependability, and top performance. The Job As a Delivery Driver, you'll handle 250-350 packages daily , making around 140-200 stops . You'll drive a cargo van equipped with the latest tech to make your job safe and efficient. What We're Looking For We need reliable, motivated drivers who can handle physical work and are focused on safety and time management. You should be ready to work hard and bring energy to the team every day. What You'll Do Deliver packages efficiently and safely Start work around 9:30 AM , finishing by 9:30 PM (10-12 hour shifts) Lift packages (up to 50 lbs) Use GPS and handle multiple stops Work in all weather conditions Communicate well with customers and coworkers May need to climb stairs during deliveries What We Offer $22.25/hour + gifted hours program Weekly pay via direct deposit Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical/Dental/Vision and 401(k) for full-time employees Driver safety training Recognition for high performers Opportunity to grow within the company 3-day start with potential to move to 4 days/week Requirements Valid Georgia Driver's License (If you do not have a GA license, your license must be switched over to GA within 3 weeks of employment) At least 21 years old Safe driving record Able to lift up to 50 lbs and walk/climb stairs Great with time management Comfortable driving a high-roof cargo van (No CDL required) Willing to work weekends Able to reliably commute or relocate to Alpharetta, GA Experience (Preferred but not required) 1 year of driving 1 year of delivery experience Equal Opportunity Employer Blue Cardinal welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.
