Route Delivery Driver — Part-Time & Full-Time Cream & Sugar Hawaiʻi is a family-owned bakery producing fresh breads, cookies, pastries, and other specialty baked goods for our retail and wholesale partners throughout Hawaiʻi. We're looking for a reliable and responsible Route Delivery Driver to join our growing team. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, is comfortable driving, and takes pride in being dependable and professional with our wholesale partners. Our delivery routes typically take place in the early morning, giving you the opportunity to finish your workday earlier and have your afternoons free. What You'll Do Pick up and load completed wholesale orders from our bakery Safely transport bakery products to assigned stores and wholesale accounts Follow assigned delivery routes and ensure orders arrive accurately and on schedule Check orders against delivery lists before leaving the bakery Safely load, unload, and organize bakery products Communicate with the bakery team regarding deliveries, orders, or any issues that arise Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with store employees and wholesale partners Complete delivery paperwork or other documentation as needed Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle Assist with packing, organizing, loading, and other bakery tasks when not actively making deliveries Help wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Comfortable driving and navigating to different stores and locations across O'ahu Able to safely lift and carry bakery boxes and products Good organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and responsible Comfortable working independently Friendly and professional when interacting with business partners Previous delivery, route driving, food service, warehouse, or similar experience is a plus, but not required Schedule Part-time and full-time positions available. Early morning shifts, with drivers typically expected to be on the road around 5:00 AM Routes generally take approximately 5-6 hours, depending on the assigned route and daily deliveries Start and end times may vary depending on the route Schedules and routes may vary based on business needs Some weekend availability may be required Early morning route, daytime schedule — finish all deliveries and have your afternoons free! Compensation Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.
