TRANSPORTATION DRIVER

. This role is essential to helping individuals maintain employment, access training opportunities, and build long-term stability. What You'll Do Drive clients safely and on time using an agency-provided vehicle while following all traffic laws and safety guidelines Maintain a consistent morning schedule with reliable pick-ups and drop-offs Create a positive, respectful experience for all passengers Complete basic vehicle checks and accurately track mileage, fuel usage, and ridership Communicate clearly with your supervisor about schedule changes, vehicle needs, or concerns Serve as a professional, mission-driven representative of Willis Dady Homeless Services. Schedule & Reliability Part-time, early morning hours Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 8:30 AM Punctuality and reliability are essential for success Qualifications Valid Class D Iowa driver's license at time of hire and ability to maintain Clean driving record Ability to work early morning hours consistently Clear verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability Professional and respectful when working with individuals from diverse backgrounds Why Work at Willis Dady?
