We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Lumberyard & Delivery Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on position that plays an important role in ensuring our customers receive the right materials with friendly, efficient service. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that values hard work and customer service, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do As a Lumberyard & Delivery Associate, you'll help keep our yard running smoothly by: Loading and unloading building materials safely and efficiently. Assisting customers with loading purchases and picking up orders. Preparing and staging materials for customer pickups and deliveries. Delivering building materials to customers using company vehicles (valid driver's license required). Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided). Receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory. Keeping the lumberyard clean, organized, and safe. Working closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Providing outstanding customer service every day. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: A valid driver's license with a good driving record. The ability to safely lift 50 pounds or more on a regular basis. A strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a positive attitude. Excellent customer service and communication skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with building materials, construction, forklift operation, or general labor is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
