Job Description

Responsibilities:
Customer Service
  • Professional and prompt follow up, feedback, supplying accurate information quickly and proficiently. Courteous, polite; genuinely interested in the customers well-being. Perform Professional Deliveries (Installation when necessary)
  • Safely and professionally delivery items, following all road and communication laws, setting equipment in place without damage, etc. Startup and Adjustment of Equipment
  • Utilize equipment manuals for the startup and adjustments of equipment. Being able to problem solve issues with the factory and recognize when issues are under warranty. Warehouse Assistant
  • Load, unload trucks, pallet runs, cleaning warehouse, organizing warehouse, pulling orders, prepping equipment, etc. Shipping/Receiving
  • Assist with shipping and receiving when in the store. Receiving merchandise from truck, understanding what to do on freight claims, and working closely with the Warehouse Associate. Internal Communication
  • Utilizing our internal communication systems, lead follow up system and technology to maximize the open flow of communication.

  • Utilizing tools safely in order move, organize, delivery/install, load, and unload trucks. Multipart Help (flexibility)

Requirements:
Proficient at communication on phone and/or using technology to communicate Clean Driving Record Ability to work M-F, 8am-5pm, with occasional travel overnight
