Responsibilities Safely operate various commercial vehicles, including box trucks and other delivery vans, following all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload goods using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and secure placement of items Plan efficient delivery routes to meet deadlines while optimizing fuel and time management Deliver products directly to customers' locations with a focus on excellent customer service and professionalism Verify delivery details, obtain signatures when necessary, and document all deliveries accurately Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety standards are maintained Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery status, route changes, or any issues encountered during deliveries Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) or driver certification preferred but not required Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with box trucks or similar vehicles Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries politely and professionally Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus Ability to lift heavy items safely during load & unload operations; physical stamina for manual lifting and moving tasks Familiarity with route driving and navigation tools to optimize delivery efficiency Prior warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn safety protocols and operational procedures Join us as a Delivery Driver and become an essential part of our logistics team!
