Overview Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and Delivery Driver, where your energy and dedication will drive exceptional customer experiences and efficient deliveries. In this multifaceted role, you'll be the friendly face our customers rely on, providing outstanding service both in-store and on the road. Your organizational skills, safety awareness, and sales acumen will help foster strong client relationships while ensuring timely, accurate deliveries. Duties Greet customers warmly in retail settings. Safely operate commercial trucks and automobiles to deliver products. Manage route driving efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries. Build lasting customer relationships through clear communication, addressing questions or concerns professionally and promptly. Perform heavy lifting and merchandising tasks with proper techniques to ensure safety and efficiency during product handling. Apply basic math skills for pricing calculations, inventory counts, and transaction processing at the point of sale Maintain organized deliveries, ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Requirements Valid driver's license with a CDL B or heavy truck driving preferred. Can train the right person. Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction and team collaboration Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged periods of driving or standing Basic math proficiency for pricing, inventory management, and sales transactions Organizational skills to manage deliveries.
