A CDL . ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adhere to Company programs and policies that will result in the safe execution of timely delivery, maximized sales, and minimized returns.
- Conduct a daily Pre-Tip inspection of his/her assigned vehicle.
- Maintain a clean driving record.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations.
- Follow the approved delivery structure and processes and will identify and fulfill spot sales opportunities.
- Maintain product freshness and move product when necessary.
- Will participate in "work with" and "ride with" days with the Delivery Manager and Delivery Team Leader to obtain coaching and training opportunities in the field.
- Must maintain a pace of work that enables drivers to complete their deliveries in 12 hours or less due to DOT regulations.
