A CDL . ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Adhere to Company programs and policies that will result in the safe execution of timely delivery, maximized sales, and minimized returns.
  • Conduct a daily Pre-Tip inspection of his/her assigned vehicle.
  • Maintain a clean driving record.
  • Adhere to all DOT regulations.
  • Follow the approved delivery structure and processes and will identify and fulfill spot sales opportunities.
  • Maintain product freshness and move product when necessary.
  • Will participate in "work with" and "ride with" days with the Delivery Manager and Delivery Team Leader to obtain coaching and training opportunities in the field.
  • Must maintain a pace of work that enables drivers to complete their deliveries in 12 hours or less due to DOT regulations.
SAFETY Due to the physical requirements, as well as the need to maintain a high level of continual alertness in the work environment, this is a safety-sensitive position. Qualifications
Q UALIFICATIONS AND E DUCATION R EQUIREMENTS
