We're looking for reliable and customer-focused individuals to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders during night-time hours. As a key member of our delivery team based at 55 E GREEN ST, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting our business operations.
Safely operate a vehicle to deliver orders to customers' homes or businesses during late night hoursUse smartphone applications for navigation and order managementInteract professionally with customers, providing excellent customer serviceHandle cash and credit card transactions accuratelyMaintain a clean and organized vehicleFollow all traffic laws and company safety protocolsCommunicate effectively with dispatch and other team membersAssist with basic store closing duties as neededQualificationsValid driver's license and clean driving recordReliable transportation to and from workAbility to work late night shifts and weekendsStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent customer service and communication abilitiesBasic math skills for handling transactionsProficiency with smartphone applications for navigation and order processingPhysical ability to lift and carry orders up to 25 poundsHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED)Previous experience in delivery or customer service is a plusFamiliarity with the local area and efficient routes is preferred
