No delivery experience required. We'll train you. We provide the company vehicle, fuel, equipment and paid training. No CDL required. Schedule Full-time position Workday begins at 10:00 AM Shifts typically run 8-10 hours Full-time drivers typically work 4 days per week We operate 7 days a week, and weekend availability is required What You'll Do This is an active, independent job where you'll spend most of your day on the road. Safely drive and maneuver a full-size cargo van Deliver packages safely and accurately to customers Use a handheld device for navigation and delivery information Get in and out of the van frequently throughout the day Walk and climb stairs throughout your shift Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Who Does Well at Spears? You don't need delivery experience to succeed here. We'll teach you the job.
