Job Description
Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer service, a good driving record, and the ability to handle physical tasks involved in the delivery process. Duties Drive a box truck or van to deliver products to designated locations. Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling and care during transport. Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient loading and unloading. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups, including route documentation. Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients upon delivery. Follow all safety protocols while driving and handling products. Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization. Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience in route driving or delivery services is preferred. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks related to moving goods. Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or similar equipment is advantageous.
