This is an active, outdoor job that involves transporting, loading, unloading, and positioning large residential equipment at customer locations. Every day is different, and you'll travel to multiple pickup and delivery locations throughout the day. Responsibilities Ride with the driver to pickup and delivery locations Load, secure, transport, unload, and position large equipment Push, maneuver, and lift heavy items Work safely as part of a two-person team Provide professional, courteous customer service Help keep equipment and work areas organized Requirements Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation to and from work Excellent attendance and dependability Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions, provided it is safe to perform the work Comfortable performing physically demanding work Able to lift up to 150 pounds with assistance when needed Comfortable pushing and maneuvering heavy equipment into homes, garages, and backyards Positive attitude and willingness to learn Pay & Benefits Part-time with the opportunity to become full-time Weekly pay Daily customer tips 90-day attendance bonus for employees with perfect attendance (no missed scheduled workdays) Opportunity for additional hours during busy seasons Occasional long-distance deliveries may be offered.
