We are currently seeking reliable, motivated, and efficient Delivery Drivers to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

Delivery Drivers will report to the station at their scheduled start time and participate in a structured loadout process before departing on route. Drivers will load packages into company-provided cargo vans and use a handheld mobile device for navigation, scanning, and delivery completion. This is a fast-paced, high-volume delivery position where drivers are expected to work independently while maintaining strong performance and safety standards. What the

Job Looks Like:

Deliver 170-195 stops per route (high-volume parcel delivery) Routes include residential homes, apartments, businesses, and group stops (multiple deliveries in one location) Use a handheld device for turn-by-turn navigation, delivery instructions, and photo-on-delivery confirmation Follow all customer delivery notes and instructions Maintain a pace that meets daily performance expectations ( 30 stops per hour) Work in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold, etc.) Complete routes within scheduled timeframes ( all routes must be completed and back at base by 8:40pm) This is a Full time position scheduled for 35-40 hours per week $22.75/HR / Biweekly Pay (Fridays)

Shift:

10:25am to 8:25pm (or route completion) You MUST have

as the schedule includes 1 weekend shift, and 3 weekday shifts

SUBURBS- NO CITY OF CHICAGO ROUTES

) All cargo drivers MUST be able to obtain a Non CDL Class C license and DOT card within 30-45 days of employment. Drivers are allowed to use "earbuds" for music, but the use of any phones are prohibited while on the clock. New hires will be required to pass a 2 day, paid training class in order to start making deliveries.

Job requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older have a valid Driver's License pass a Motor vehicle report and background check pass a drug test ( THC excluded)
