We are looking for dependable individuals who show up ready to work, stay organized, and take pride in doing the job right. This is a fast-paced, physically active position. Successful drivers are energetic, self-motivated, efficient, and committed to providing excellent service every day. If you prefer staying busy, working independently, and being part of a team that holds itself to a high standard, this could be a great fit. Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $20/hour Weekly pay Additional workdays available Paid training Health, dental, and vision insurance available after 6 months Holiday pay Vacation time after 1 year Company-provided uniforms Performance-based incentives Supportive management team Safety-focused culture What You'll Do Deliver packages to homes and businesses throughout the local area Operate company-provided cargo vans and box trucks Load and organize your vehicle for the day Work independently while maintaining communication with management Provide professional customer service Safely complete your route in an efficient manner Schedule Full-time, 5 days per week No Sundays Routes dispatch by 9:30 AM Most drivers finish around 4:30 PM once deliveries are completed What Makes Someone Successful Here Strong work ethic Positive attitude Dependable and punctual Comfortable working independently Physically active and able to maintain a steady pace throughout the day Team-oriented and willing to help where needed Looking for a long-term opportunity rather than a temporary job Requirements At least 21 years old Minimum 1 year of delivery driving experience within the last 3 years Clean Motor Vehicle Record Ability to pass a drug screen, DOT physical, and background check Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs. and move packages up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment We are not simply looking to fill a seat.
