Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Dumpster Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering various types of dumpsters containers to commercial and residential customers. Your energetic approach and commitment to excellent service will ensure timely deliveries, smooth operations, and satisfied clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team, utilize your driving skills, and contribute to efficient waste management solutions. Duties Load and unload dumpsters at designated locations using appropriate equipment and techniques, ensuring safety at all times. Safely drive heavy-duty trucks such with trailers and specialized waste collection vehicles across different routes. Conduct pre-trip inspections on vehicles to identify mechanical issues, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and address any logistical challenges. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of trucks and delivery areas. Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies during operations to promote a safe working environment. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy-duty trucks and trailers. Proven experience driving commercial vehicles with trailers. Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record; ability to navigate urban and rural routes confidently. Physical ability for heavy lifting during loading/unloading processes; comfortable working in outdoor environments in various weather conditions. Knowledge of load securing techniques for safe transportation of dumpsters. Prior delivery driver experience preferred; familiarity with waste management or construction industries is a plus. Strong communication skills for coordinating deliveries and providing excellent customer service.
