Position Overview As a Kobey Driver, you'll be the face of our brand — delivering meals, packages, and safe rides to our customers with speed, care, and professionalism. Every trip matters, and we count on our drivers to make each experience a great one. Key Responsibilities Pick up and deliver food orders from restaurants and eateries to customers in a timely manner Transport parcels and packages safely to their destinations Provide courteous and safe passenger rides as requested through the Kobey app Follow assigned routes and use GPS/navigation tools efficiently Verify orders and deliveries before drop-off to ensure accuracy Communicate proactively with customers regarding arrival times or any delays Maintain a clean, professional, and safe vehicle at all times Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies Requirements Valid driver's license (in good standing) Minimum 1 year of driving experience Clean driving record Reliable personal vehicle (insured) Smartphone with data plan compatible with the Kobey Driver App Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for parcel deliveries Strong time management and communication skills Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude Must be 21 years or older (required for passenger transport) Ability to pass a background check Pay & Schedule $85 flat rate per 6-hour block — guaranteed whether or not you receive orders or ride requests during your shift

Important:
