Drivers will be responsible for picking up assigned packages and completing residential and/or commercial deliveries accurately, safely, and on time. This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working independently, managing a delivery route, and maintaining consistent communication throughout the workday.

PAYMENT IS ISSUED EVERY TUESDAY.

Duties & Responsibilities Pick up and organize assigned packages for delivery Complete assigned delivery routes within the designated service area Deliver packages safely and accurately to the correct address Scan and update packages through the required delivery application Take clear proof-of-delivery photos when required Follow delivery instructions provided for each stop Maintain communication with dispatch throughout the route Immediately report delivery issues, damaged packages, incorrect addresses, or other route concerns Properly handle and protect packages while in your possession Return any undeliverable packages the next day whether working or not Maintain reliable availability and arrive by 9am for accepted routes Maintain professional behavior when interacting with customers, warehouse staff, and dispatch Being willing to assist with route recovery/rescues when necessary is a plus Qualifications Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle suitable for package delivery Current automobile insurance Smartphone with reliable cellular data and GPS capability Ability to safely operate a vehicle for extended periods Ability to enter and exit your vehicle frequently throughout the route Ability to lift and carry packages as required Strong time-management and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Dependable, punctual, and responsive to dispatch communication Comfortable navigating Indianapolis and surrounding areas Parcel delivery experience is preferred but not required Must be able to successfully complete any required onboarding or driver verification process What We're Looking For We are looking for drivers who are reliable, efficient, communicate well, and take pride in completing their routes. Consistent drivers who perform well may receive opportunities for additional routes and increased package volume.
