All drivers will be cross trained in store operations including answering phones, preparing food, cleaning and other tasks. PAY Hourly Pay- Direct Deposit Weekly No split wages.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver food orders promptly and enthusiastically Be time sensitive to the promise times to customers and be vigilant about meeting or beating them Maintain presentation of your vehicle and always wear the required uniform in order to make a positive impression Manage time on the road and in the store to reduce customer wait times and build customer loyalty Create a positive rapport with customers both on the phones, in the store and in their homes Maintain a clean and safe work environment Understand the mission statement, "We Take Your Pizza Personally", its purpose and how it relates to building customer loyalty on a daily basis, and instilling this purpose in all team members Greet customers, take their order and prepare the meal Provide excellent service, ensuring that you treat customers with respect, dignity and courtesy Work as part of a team to attain the highest standards possible Ensure order accuracy and completion of order Follow proper cash handling procedures/safety precautionsREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Must be at least 18 years of age Fired up to handle day-to-day challenges in a fast-paced work environment that may be stressful at times Ability to accomplish tasks and build customer loyalty with minimal supervision Reliable vehicle/must possess and maintain valid driver's license/automobile insurance Basic math and computer skills Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure, and always be honest and punctual Enjoy interacting with people Good listening and oral communication skills May be required to lift up to 40 lbs.
