Join our dynamic team as a Boat Pickup & Delivery Specialist , where your dedication and professionalism will ensure the seamless transportation of boats between docks, marinas, customer locations, and storage facilities. This role offers the opportunity to combine strong driving and towing skills with exceptional customer service, ensuring every vessel is handled with care. You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience to our clients while maintaining safety and efficiency in every aspect of transport. Duties & Responsibilities Safely transport boats, trailers, and marine equipment to and from customer locations, storage facilities, and marinas. Operate company trucks and towing equipment in full compliance with state and federal regulations. Perform thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure vehicle and trailer safety. Assist with loading and unloading boats and equipment using proper securing techniques. Maintain accurate delivery logs, paperwork, and documentation. Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service during pickups and deliveries. Promptly report maintenance needs, mechanical issues, or safety concerns. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience towing large boats or heavy trailers preferred. Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures. Ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, and related marine transport equipment. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time‑management skills. Physical ability to assist with loading, unloading, and securing boats. Work Environment & Schedule Seasonal opportunities available (April-May and September-October) . Outdoor work in various weather conditions. Flexible schedule, including weekend availability during peak boating season.
