Job Overview Join our Parts team as a Parts Specialist / Driver, where your enthusiasm for automotive parts and exceptional customer service will drive our success! In this role, you'll be the vital link between our inventory and customers, ensuring they receive the right parts promptly while providing expert advice. Your mechanical knowledge and organizational skills will help keep our operations running smoothly, whether you're assisting customers in-store or delivering essential parts to our clients. Responsibilities Assist customers with automotive parts and accessories sales, offering knowledgeable recommendations based on vehicle systems and repair needs Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and maintaining accurate records of parts using inventory management systems Process sales transactions efficiently with accuracy and professionalism Prepare and fulfill orders promptly, ensuring correct parts are picked, packed, and delivered on time Drive company vehicles safely to deliver parts to customers or service centers, adhering to all safety protocols and traffic laws Build strong customer relationships through clear communication, product knowledge, and excellent service to encourage repeat business Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts department to promote a safe working environment and efficient workflow Experience Prior experience in automotive diagnostics, repair, or dealership environments is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, vehicle systems, and mechanical troubleshooting techniques Proven ability in inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment processes Excellent communication skills Experience with dealership operations or automotive service is advantageous This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their automotive expertise and career in a top tier brand Parts Department.
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
