Responsibilities + Customer Service Excellence & Communication
- Deliver WOW ! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services. + Leadership & Teamwork
- Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships. + Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation
- Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies. + Delivery Operations
- Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules. + Returns & Pickups
- Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors. + Safety Compliance
- Adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment. + Cash & Charge Transactions
- Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies. + Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance
- Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems.
Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly. Qualifications What We're Looking For +
