Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products efficiently across designated routes Load and unload merchandise, ensuring proper handling and heavy lifting safety protocols Navigate route driving with precision, using organizational skills to plan the most effective delivery sequences Engage with customers professionally, providing excellent service and addressing any questions or concerns Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, enhancing customer satisfaction and sales opportunities Maintain accurate delivery records, pricing information, and route documentation Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly to ensure safety and compliance Qualifications Valid driver's license or equivalent with a clean driving record Strong math skills for handling pricing, measurements, and transaction details Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members Experience in route driving, merchandising, or sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading and unloading processes Organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries within tight timeframes Prior military experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline and reliability in demanding environments Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your energy fuels our success!
