Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles across designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Deliver products promptly and accurately to customers' locations, ensuring complete satisfaction Communicate effectively with customers, providing friendly service and addressing any questions or concerns Manage route schedules efficiently, optimizing delivery paths for maximum productivity Assist with merchandising and product placement during deliveries to enhance customer experience Handle heavy lifting of packages or goods, ensuring proper safety techniques are followed at all times Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and documentation for each trip and transaction Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, leveraging sales skills to increase revenue Experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience preferred Strong math skills for calculating pricing, measurements, and route distances Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members Prior experience in sales or upselling is advantageous Knowledge of route driving and merchandising best practices is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during deliveries Organizational skills to manage schedules, paperwork, and delivery sequences effectively Military background or experience demonstrating discipline, reliability, and strong work ethic is highly valued Embark on a rewarding career where your driving skills meet exceptional customer service!
