About the Role At Papa John's - PJ Operations, a Delivery Driver is more than just a person who brings pizza to a door; you are a beacon for our brand in the community. We are looking for team-oriented individuals for both Full-time and Part-time positions at our Papa Johns Pizza #198 location. In this role, you will be a versatile member of the team, learning all kitchen stations to ensure our operations run smoothly and our customers are always satisfied. Responsibilities Deliver pizza orders safely and efficiently, maintaining a 5-minute trip time variance. Represent the brand by wearing the required uniform and using car toppers on every shift. Learn and support all restaurant stations when not on the road to assist the team. Provide exceptional customer service at the door and over the phone. If you excel in the role, you may be asked to help train and mentor new drivers on brand standards. Requirements A valid driver's license and valid auto insurance. A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets Papa John's safety standards. A team-first mentality and a willingness to help out anywhere and everywhere. High motivation to provide fast service and return quickly for the next delivery. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional appearance.
