Morning Shift Laundry Professional + Pickup/Delivery Driver

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Professional & Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the store for some mornings - (Typically Saturday, Sunday and Monday) and ensuring that all laundry services meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will also be doing pickups and deliveries using the company van on some of the other days. You will work in a fast-paced environment, primarily focused on providing exceptional laundry services for our customers. Your commitment to quality and efficiency will play a crucial role in maintaining the reputation of our establishment. Duties Manage the store on Saturday, Sunday and Monday mornings (6:30AM- 2PM) as fixed shifts. Do pickup and deliveries on specific routes as planned (on a few days when you are not managing the store) Manage the counter to service customers for laundry or dry cleaning store drop off / pick up Operate laundry machines and equipment to wash, dry, and fold linens and garments. Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry items according to established procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area. Handle guest requests for special laundering services with professionalism and efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols while operating equipment. Skills Customer service skills and front desk experience preferred. Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role preferred. Good driving record required. Knowledge of laundering techniques, including folding. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members.
