Aaron's Delivery Driver Assistants play key roles in the delivery and installation of our merchandise into the homes of our customers . Working directly with the Delivery Driver , you will install, move, and pick up merchandise and demonstrate how customers can use their products . You'll spend time inside and outside the store, support the team with day-to-day operations, and connect with customers in the community. Required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to work a schedule with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another associate. Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain and summer heat. Preferred Qualifications Experience moving household furnishings and appliances . High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
