We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Delivery Driver to manage the safe and timely movement of non-cannabis inventory between company facilities in MA.This role is responsible for:
Executing scheduled inventory transfers between locations Ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of all movements Maintaining product integrity, compliance, and security during transport The Delivery Driver plays a critical role in ensuring product availability across the network and supporting overall supply chain reliability.Key Responsibilities:
Intercompany Transfers Transport inventory between facilities according to established schedules Load, secure, and unload products safely and efficiently Ensure all transfers are completed accurately and on time Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate transfer documentation and logs Verify quantities and product details during loading and unloading Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements Route Execution & Coordination Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules Communicate with warehouse teams regarding pickup and delivery timing Notify relevant teams of delays, issues, or discrepancies Inventory Handling & Accuracy Confirm inventory accuracy at point of transfer Identify and report discrepancies or damaged goods Support chain-of-custody procedures as required Support warehouse inventory, shipping and receiving, and audits as needed Vehicle & Safety Management Maintain company vehicle (box truck) in clean and safe working condition Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols Success Metrics (KPIs): On-time transfer completion % Transfer accuracy % Route adherence / efficiency Incident / damage rate Compliance with documentation and proceduresQualifications:
Valid driver's license with clean driving record Experience in delivery, logistics, or transportation preferred Ability to lift and move inventory as required Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to follow processes and maintain accurate documentation Comfortable working in a regulated environment Experience driving a box truck is preferred Fork lift experience requiredWhat Success Looks Like:
