Job Description
Overview Join our growing team as a Warehouse / Delivery Driver. You will be responsible for transporting medical equipment efficiently, loading and unloading shipments, and providing outstanding customer service at every stop. Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles to deliver goods across designated routes. Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols. Receive, organize, and inventory incoming equipment Pack, and prepare orders for shipment Provide friendly, professional customer service by assisting clients with their deliveries, answering questions, and resolving minor issues on-site. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety standards are met; report any maintenance needs promptly. Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and inventory records; ensure all shipments are accounted for during loading and unloading. Adhere to all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company policies to promote a secure working environment. Experience Previous experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with box trucks or similar commercial vehicles. Proven ability to load, unload, and handle heavy items safely using forklifts or pallet jacks. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on professionalism and clear communication. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Physical ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the shift; comfort with moving supplies or equipment as needed. Warehouse experience is a plus—knowledge of inventory management systems or warehouse safety procedures will help you excel. Ability to work independently
