Our drivers deliver Amazon packages to homes and businesses using company‑provided vans. Drivers are employees of Twin Stars Logistics, not Amazon. We are a safety‑driven, people‑focused team building a high‑performance culture from day one. As a new DSP launching in Holyoke, we're looking for reliable, motivated drivers who want to grow with us. Role Summary As a Delivery Driver, you'll operate a company‑provided vehicle to deliver packages efficiently and safely. This is a fast‑paced, active role where consistency, professionalism, and teamwork matter every day. Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle following all safety standards
- Deliver 180-220 packages per shift with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections
- Navigate using provided delivery app and follow route sequencing
- Communicate with dispatch regarding issues, delays, or rescues
- Maintain professionalism with customers and the community
- Support team performance through reliability and positive attitude Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move packages throughout the shift
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and climb in/out of a vehicle for 8-10 hours
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Comfortable driving and working independently Preferred Qualifications
