WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE

Greet guests warmly, assist with luggage, and create a memorable first impression. Pick up and deliver guest luggage between rooms and vehicles, keeping work areas and vehicles clean and organized. Valet guest vehicles with care, professionalism, and attention to safety. Deliver packages, faxes, prescriptions, and perform errands for guests, including outgoing and incoming mail handling. Assist with safe guest transportation between the property, airports, train/bus stations, and local hotels, ensuring comfort and providing information about the property and surroundings. Support seamless arrivals and departures by coordinating luggage pick-up, delivery, and other guest needs. Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

High school diploma or equivalent required; valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. Ability to operate a standard shift vehicle; 1-2 years of prior experience in a similar role preferred. Previous resort experience preferred; knowledge of the Berkshires desired. Proficient with Windows operating system; physically able to lift guest luggage as needed. Excellent customer service abilities.

Full Time and Part Time roles available. Seasonal Position, expected to end Fall 2026. Use of services and facilities including the spa, fitness classes, lectures, and overnight stays at all Canyon Ranch locations nationwide. PAY RANGE

$18.00 - $18.72 / hour
