Position Summary As an Installation & Delivery Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers' products are delivered, assembled, and installed with care and precision. From hot tub covers to saunas to specialty equipment, you'll use your mechanical know-how, carpentry skills, and customer service expertise to make sure every job is done right. You'll also collaborate with teammates across departments, making you an important part of our customer-first service culture. What You'll Do Master all aspects of delivery and installation, including moving and lifting products safely. Deliver and assemble hot tub covers, lifters, and siding panels. Install saunas and specialty equipment, including Covana automated spa covers. Provide exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed and addressing questions or concerns. Use internal computer programs to manage tasks and schedules. Maintain tools, equipment, and department assets. Look for opportunities to improve efficiency and teamwork. Participate in weekly service team meetings. Support other departments when needed.
Requirements:
What We're Looking For 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Strong carpentry and mechanical skills; proficiency with power tools. High school diploma (or equivalent). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. A positive, can-do attitude and a team-oriented mindset. Good time management and ability to meet deadlines. Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and maneuver 100+ lbs. Regular kneeling, bending, and lifting. Schedule Full-time, minimum 40 hours per week Core hours: Monday thru Friday/7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Overtime available seasonally
