JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and hardworking Delivery Driver and General Help Assistant to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering furniture to our clients, while also assisting with general daily operations inside our workroom when you are not out on pick-ups/deliveries. Part time or full time positions available. Key Responsibilities -

Delivery Driving Duties Transport Goods:

Safely pack, secure, and transport furniture to client locations.

Warehouse & General Help Duties Inventory Handling:

Assist with unloading incoming shipments, verifying packing slips.

Order Picking:

Accurately pull and stage products for upcoming deliveries or shipments.

Facility Maintenance:

Help keep the workroom in order by breaking down boxes and clearing debris. Also assist on small jobs around the warehouse.

Team Support:

Assist other workroom staff with lifting, packing, or moving heavy materials as needed.

Job Requirements Licensing:

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no major violations).

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods, and comfortably lift and move heavy furniture on a regular basis.

Reliability:

Strong punctuality, a dependable work ethic, and excellent time-management skills.

Order Verification:

Double-check orders before departure to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Customer Service:

Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during drop-offs, collect delivery signatures, and handle basic client inquiries.

Job Types:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
