Job Description
A&S Transportation is seeking reliable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented Package Delivery Drivers to join our team. We are an independent contractor providing package delivery services for FedEx. We currently have full-time, part-time, and weekend-only positions available. Position Responsibilities Safely operate a commercial delivery vehicle on assigned routes. Load, transport, and deliver packages to residential and commercial customers. Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain safe driving practices. Use handheld scanners and technology to track and confirm deliveries. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting delivery schedules. Lift, carry, and maneuver packages safely. Follow all company policies and DOT regulations. � Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older. Minimum 18 months of commercial truck driving experience required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. DOT Medical Card preferred. Ability to lift and move packages and work in varying weather conditions. Strong communication and time-management skills. Previous package delivery experience is a plus. Requirements Must successfully pass a background check. Must successfully pass a drug screening, including marijuana. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must demonstrate safe driving habits and professionalism.
