You'll be responsible for picking up and delivering parts, helping keep the shop clean and organized, assisting with inventory, and pitching in wherever needed. During downtime, you'll help with shop maintenance, customer pick-ups and drop-offs, and other day-to-day tasks that keep our operation running smoothly. Duties Deliver parts to various locations, including the shop, dealership, or customer sites, adhering to all safety regulations. Assist in stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts inventory using inventory control systems such as CMMS and POS software. Support the shop team by preparing parts orders, verifying inventory accuracy, and fulfilling order requests efficiently. Offering product knowledge related to automotive parts and services to customers Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools, equipment, and stock are properly stored and accessible for daily operations. Requirements Familiarity with automotive repair, diagnostics, vehicle maintenance and general dealership experience is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory accurately using systems like CMMS or similar software. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for order fulfillment and inventory control. Able to lift heavy parts and stand for extended periods Active license & safe driving record for delivery routes.
